These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of the ROAR Impact website, digital platform, applications, workshops, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Roar Impact, LLC (“ROAR,” “Company,” “we,” “us”).By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
ROAR reserves the exclusive right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

ROAR Impact is a leadership and narrative‑driven platform designed to support clarity, identity, visibility, and strategic growth through digital tools, workshops, and facilitated experiences.
Services may include, but are not limited to:

Online platform access via registered account

Production of individual brand briefs

In‑person and virtual workshops
-
Individual leadership sessions
-
Educational content, materials, and tools
-
Community or cohort‑based experiences
ROAR does not provide legal, financial, medical, or mental health services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To access certain Services, you must create an account.
By registering, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age

You will provide accurate, complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of the Platform
A. General User Obligations
By accessing or utilizing our platform, Services, or underlying infrastructure, you agree to use them solely for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in, nor authorize any third party to engage in, activities that compromise the integrity, performance, or security of our services. Furthermore, you may not share, sell, or transfer your access credentials to any third party.
B. System Security and Infrastructure Protection
To ensure a stable and secure environment for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Unauthorized Access & Scraping: Accessing the platform through undocumented interfaces, including the use of unauthorized scrapers, crawlers, or data-mining tools.

Vulnerability Testing: Probing, scanning, or testing our systems for security vulnerabilities, or attempting to bypass authentication and monitoring mechanisms.

Resource Exhaustion: Overwhelming our servers with excessive requests (e.g., using automated bots or scripts) that exceed normal human usage patterns or otherwise degrade system performance and storage beyond anticipated limits.

Malicious Code: Distributing, uploading, or transmitting any malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or other invasive components intended to hijack or damage software, hardware, or telecommunications.
C. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
Users must respect the intellectual property of our company and third parties. You may not:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our platform or services, nor alter any proprietary notices.

Utilize our services to build a competing product or for other competitive benchmarking purposes.

Upload, input, or generate content (including via any AI functionalities) that infringes on the patents, copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, or trade secrets of any third party.
D. Fraudulent, Deceptive, and Illegal Activities
You must not use the platform to facilitate unlawful behavior, including:

Engaging in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices.

Impersonating any individual or entity or falsely implying an affiliation with them.
E. Content Standards and Prohibited Material
Any data, prompts, text, images, or materials you upload, transmit, or generate (including via AI tools) must adhere to strict community standards. You may not produce or share content that:

Endangers Minors: Depicts, encourages, or relates to the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

Is Harmful or Offensive: Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or is obscene, defamatory, pornographic, or libelous.

Violates Privacy: Shares confidential or private information of others without their explicit consent or violates broader publicity and privacy rights.

Constitutes Hate Speech: Attacks, stalks, harasses, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition.
ROAR reserves the right to restrict or revoke access at its sole discretion.
4. AI Acceptable Use Policies
The below AI Acceptable Use Policies set forth our AI related Sub-Processors’ acceptable use policies regarding your use of the [ROAR AI-Powered Brand Briefing Services] and form a part of the ROAR’s Terms. The AI Model Providers include the following:
A. OpenAI, L.L.C.: Usage Policies
By accessing and using [ROAR Brand Briefing Services], you agree to comply with these AI Model Providers AUP in addition to ROAR’s Terms. We may make changes to add and/or remove AI Model Providers AUP in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
5. Workshops, Programs & Scheduling
ROAR offers workshops and programs on a limited, intentional cadence.
A. Scheduling
All scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlists must be completed through ROAR’s authorized scheduling systems. Requests made via email or direct message will not be processed.
B. Workshop Times

Individual Workshops (Tuesdays):
One‑hour sessions between 10:00 AM–4:00 PM -
In‑Person & Virtual Workshops (Wednesdays & Thursdays):
11:00 AM–12:30 PM
6.Payments, Cancellations & Credits
All purchases are final subject to the cancellation terms below.
A. Individual Workshops

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session qualify for a credit

Late cancellations and no‑shows are non‑refundable

One (1) reschedule permitted with proper notice

B. In‑Person & Virtual Workshops

Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days prior for credit

Sessions may not be individually rescheduled
-
C. Credits
-
Issued in lieu of refunds
-
Valid for 90 days
-
Non‑transferable and non‑redeemable for cash
7. Intellectual Property
All content; materials, branding, and platform elements are owned by ROAR Impact or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use content solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
8.User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant ROAR a license to use it as necessary to operate the Services.
You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
ROAR may remove content or restrict participation at its sole discretion.
9.Disclaimer of Guarantees
ROAR does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or business success.
Participation in ROAR Services involves introspection, leadership development, and strategic insight—but outcomes vary by individual.
10.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption, arising out of or related to use of ROAR services or output.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROAR’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
A. The total amount of fees paid by you to ROAR during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
B. Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
C. Termination
ROAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access:

For violation of these Terms

For conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform or community
Termination does not entitle you to refunds or credits except as expressly stated.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by ROAR’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.

Modifications
ROAR may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will give notice as appropriate under the circumstances, such as by providing notice within the Services or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been implemented will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any proceeding, claim, action, or alternative dispute resolution arising out of or relating to your engagement with ROAR shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court. Each party waives any objection to venue or to the convenience of the forum.
