This Privacy Notice explains how RoarImpact.AI LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you use our website at https://www.roarimpact.ai (the "Service"). It also explains how we use cookies.
We have written this in plain English. If anything is unclear, please contact us — our details are at the end.

We are the data controller in respect of the personal data described in this notice. That means we decide how and why your personal data is used.
2. What personal data we collect
When you use our Service, we collect the following information:
-

-
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and similar usage information collected through cookies (see section 8).

The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of a Privacy Policy. You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific privacy policies you wish to establish between your business and your customers and visitors. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Privacy Policy.
3. Why we use your personal data
We use your personal data to:
-
Generate your personal branding pack using AI services (see section 4).

Communicate with you about your branding pack and any questions you have.
-
Improve our Service through anonymized usage analysis.
-
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We rely on your consent and on the need to perform our contract with you as the lawful bases for most of this processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time — see section 9.
4. How we use AI to generate your branding pack
Our Service uses third-party AI services to generate the content of your personal branding pack. We think it is important for you to understand how this works.
How it works
When you submit your intake form, the information you provide is sent to a sequence of AI services. They generate marketing-style text content about you and render it as a polished presentation deck, which we deliver back to you.
Who processes your data.
Provider What They Do Location
Open Router
Acts as a gateway that passes our request to the AI language model. We have configured it so your data is not used to train AI models and is not retained where this option is available.

Open AI
The AI language model that generates the text of your branding pack. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models. It may keep a copy for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which it is deleted.

Turns the AI-generated text into a polished presentation deck. We have disabled the option to use your content to train Gamma's AI models.

Accuracy
AI can sometimes get things wrong, including making up facts that look plausible. We strongly recommend that you carefully review your branding pack before sharing it with anyone or using it in a professional context. You can ask us to amend or remove anything you are not happy with.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the categories of recipients listed below:

Several of our processors are based in the United States. When we send your personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area, we use safeguards approved by the UK and EU regulators, principally Standard Contractual Clauses, to make sure your data continues to be protected to the same standard.
You can request a copy of these safeguards by emailing us at [info@ROARimpact.ai].
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your intake form submission and your branding pack for [90 (Review this period)] days after we deliver your pack to you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or to keep it for longer. Backups containing your data are kept for up to 30 additional days before they are securely overwritten.
